- I have an existing balance with the Lab

- If you cancel a campaign before it launches, your card is never charged.
- We’ll only charge your card once for a listing campaign. We’ll charge your card on the same day of each month for a brand campaign — you can cancel at any time, just send us an email at [email protected]
