Site Retargeting means we place a pixel on the agent’s stand-alone website and can serve retargeting ads to all of their past site visitors.

That way we're tracking literally every single visit to the site and can then retarget those folks for the next 540 days (that's the max window Google allows). We might need to run for at least 1-2 months until we have a large enough pool of people to show ads to, but it's one of those tactics that results in "omg, I see your ad all the time!" type feedback for the agent.
